Volunteer Information

The Tate & Lyle Players Championship is a 100% volunteer effort. The Board of Directors and Volunteer Chairpersons work to fill over 350 volunteer slots and caddy opportunities over the 7 days of activities. In addition, we look for residents to open their homes to house the players during their stay in our community. If you are interested in volunteering, caddying, or housing information please contact one of the chairpersons below.

Be a host family
Host Housing Information

Each volunteer receives:

• 1 complimentary ticket to the Team Soy Preview Par Tee
  · $5 charge for food and beverage per person without ticket
• Tournament t-shirt to wear during designated volunteer hours
• Free parking at the Hickory Point Mall with shuttle service to the tournament and volunteer tent
• Volunteers working a continuous 6-hour shift or more are given a Volunteer Pass to the Championship Pavilion offering complimentary Food and Beverage
